The Four Pillars of Wellbeing
At the heart of our approach are the Four Pillars of Wellbeing, a heart-led, evidence-based framework for wellbeing in practice. Crafted with love by a collective of educators, scientists, and practitioners, the program supports educators and schools to transform from the inside out. Built for cross-cultural adaptation, we prioritize implementation integrity over fidelity so the framework lives authentically in every context.
Mindfulness
Cultivating present-moment awareness without judgment, helping us stay grounded and to respond instead of simply reacting.
Community
Learning about empathy, compassion, and the pro-social skills that strengthen relationships with ourselves and others.

2026 Certification Training Dates
