Sign up to Contentment Families

If your organization has opted in to Contentment Families, you will get an invitation email from The Contentment Foundation. We are glad to be supporting you and your family in this.

   Find your invitation and your license code

   Open the invitation email titled "You're Invited to the Families App". If it is not in your inbox, check your spam folder. If it is not there either, ask your organization's Four Pillars administrator.

   Make a note of the license code in that email. You will need it at the "Enter your license code" step below.

   Download the app

   Use the Apple App Store link if you are on iPhone, or the Google Play Store link if you are on Android. Both links are at the bottom of the invitation email.

   Open the app and get started

   Open the Contentment Families app and press "Start".

   Read through the opening pages to see what Contentment Families is about, then click "Sign Up".

   Enter your license code

   Enter the license code from your invitation email and press "Continue".

   Set up your details

   Enter your first name, last name and a password.

   If you have already signed up for the School Platform this step is skipped, and you will be asked to verify a one time code sent to your email instead.

   The email address on your primary license is filled in for you and cannot be edited.

   Click "Sign Up". A success message appears. Click "Ok".

   Verify your login

   Enter your registered email address and click "Continue". You will see a note confirming a verification link is on its way.

   Open the email from The Contentment Foundation titled "Verify Your Login" and click the "Verify Your Login" button.

   The link opens a browser. If you have several browsers installed and no default set, you will be asked to pick one. It then returns you to the app and finishes the login.
