1. Access Your Profile

Log in to the School Platform and go to the home page.

Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.

Select "Certificates" from the grid.



2. Confirm Your Name

If this is your first time accessing certificates, a pop-up will ask you to confirm your First & Last Name.

Ensure your name is correct, as it will appear on the certificate.

3. Download Your Certificate

Once confirmed, your certificate will be available.

Click the download button to save a copy.

If needed, you can print or share it as required.



4. Troubleshooting

If you do not see your certificate, ensure you have completed the necessary training.

Contact your admin for support if the certificate is missing or has incorrect details.

Revisit your profile anytime to access your certificates.
