Strategic Advisor
As the heart-led leader of the Four Pillars of Well-being parent's platform, she brings our work from classrooms into homes. Melinda likes to call herself a “guide on the side”, but she is the beating heart of any room, connecting people through their stories and life experiences. Over the last 34yrs, Melinda has experienced 10 international and 23 house moves with her husband, their three incredible (now adult) children and a dog! Continual uprooting of the family highlighted the importance of social and emotional wellness and that it takes a village to raise a child! Her experience drives Melinda’s passion to provide every parent and child with access to the Four Pillars of Wellbeing. Living in Singapore since 2016, she continues to mentor and guide individuals and couples, and is part of a team that advises local charities, giving them the helping hand they need to take the next step in their journey. Melinda also recently became a volunteer EOL (End-of-Life) Doula and Grief Educator. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, is a Hoffman and MEA (Modern Elder Academy) Alum and aspires to master the Ukulele!
