Dr. Marcia Goddard is a neuroscientist on a mission. She left her assistant professor position at Leiden University six years ago, to focus on building bridges between science and business. For the past six years she has used neuroscientific insights to help organizations with all issues related to work floor behavior. She advises small and large organizations on topics such as organizational culture, diversity & inclusion, and work floor well-being. In addition, she studies Formula 1 motor racing to learn more about high performance teams and resilience. She also regularly does 'neuroscience in the classroom' lessons at elementary schools. In December 2020 Marcia joined impact company Tony's Chocolonely as their Head of People & Culture.
