Kristin Pittman

Implementation Fidelity Specialist

Kristin has been a professional educator for over twenty years. After discovering the benefits of Mindfulness for her own personal development, she recognized the enormous potential of the practice and has dedicated herself to sharing the benefits with others.

As an educator with experience teaching preschoolers, elementary, and middle school students in both the private and public sectors, Kristin saw an opportunity to bring Mindfulness practice to the children she taught and their families. Kristin first trained through the Mindful Schools Program where she acquired K-5 and Secondary curriculum training. Upon completion in 2016, Kristin began teaching Mindfulness in classrooms across the greater Los Angeles area and began privately coaching children and adults.

In 2019 Kristin connected with the Contentment Foundation and trained in their 4 Pillars of Wellbeing curriculum. She currently works as a Rollout Representative and Implementation Associate supporting schools in their 4 Pillars of Wellbeing curriculum implementation.

Kristin continues to be inspired by the benefits of Mindfulness. Currently, she balances teaching Mindfulness in schools with a growing private practice dedicated to wellness coaching, while continuing to work part-time as a fifth-grade teacher at Marengo Elementary in South Pasadena, CA.

Kristin holds a Bachelors’s degree in Health and Human Services from the University at Buffalo and a Masters in Elementary Education from Nazareth College.
