Kathryn Smith Rouse is an Australian currently living and working in Tampa, Florida. Kathryn has a Bachelor Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of South Australia, she also holds a Masters of Early Childhood from Maquarie University, Sydney, Australia. Kathryn spent sometime in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates where she worked in International schools. Kathryn has worked in both public and private schools and preschools within Australia, the UAE, and the United States. Kathryn is a Doctorate student at Mid Sweden University in the Quality Management Department with a focus on quality in education. Kathryn is married to Andy (also Australian) and mom to 3 very active boys and enjoys spending time with her family in the water.
