Jose is a marketing professional with over 15 years experience across the worlds of advertising agencies, start-ups, as well as small and medium sized businesses. Though prior to this journey he started out as a debates and public speaking coach working with youth in Singapore. His focus these days is a return to entrepreneurship by co-founding GrowthDeputy, which helps brands achieve their growth potential by leveraging remote marketing teams.

In his personal time, Jose has rediscovered his passion for the beautiful game playing as a goalkeeper. He is an active member of Hilderinc Football Club. And dedicates his Sunday afternoons to facilitating a community of peer-led learning for goalkeepers of all ability levels to train and improve together.

He lives by the personal motto that courage and common sense can achieve anything.
